Relationship Between Glocalgaz™ and Kosan Crisplant

Glocalgaz™ is a fully owned trademark of Kosan Crisplant Cameroun S.A.

Kosan Crisplant Cameroon S.A. is a fully owned subsidiary of Kosan Crisplant a/s, Denmark.

Kosan Crisplant Cameroon S.A. is an independent company based in Douala, Cameroon, and a member of the Kosan Crisplant group of companies with headquarters in Denmark. Kosan Crisplant Cameroun S.A. is owned jointly by Kosan Crisplant (45%), Emerging Capital Partners (30%) and Industrialization for Developing Countries (25%).

Kosan Crisplant Cameroon S.A. is dedicated to distributing bottled gas in all Cameroon under the Glocalgaz™ trademark. The first filling facility is located at Limbe and more are being prepared in other key areas.

With Glocalgaz™ Kosan Crisplant Cameroon S.A. is Kosan Crisplant's first experience in filling and distributing LP gas in Africa and the world. Kosan Crisplant added this to its long time tradition in filling equipment and related products and services.
